The Academy of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine (ACIM) has announced the launch of the Journal of Comprehensive Integrative Medicine (JCIM), a new peer-reviewed medical journal. JCIM is dedicated to exploring the multifaceted and multi-disciplined world of medicine. In addition, JCIM will endeavor to bring new ideas, while reassessing established practices and concepts from today’s most innovative thought-leaders.

“For years I’ve wanted a peer-reviewed journal that emphasizes the diversity of integrative medicine and gives everyone involved in healing a voice to share their work and success. We now have that in JCIM!” said William Lee Cowden, MD, MD(H), Chairman of ACIM’s Scientific Advisory Board.

Norman Shealy, MD, PhD, JCIM’s editor-in-chief will lead the Editorial Board

Additional Editorial Board Members include: David Brownstein, MD; Alan R. Gaby, MD; Garry Gordon, MD, DO; Martha Herbert, MD, PhD; Quila Rider, PhD; Sherry Rogers, MD; Stephen Sinatra, MD; and Jonathan Wright, MD.

JCIM will be published quarterly and is currently accepting article submissions from health practitioners, scientists and researchers.
