The 11th Annual Naturopathic Gathering will take place this October in Bridgeport, CT.

Titled “Sowing Seeds, Remaining Rooted,” the annual gathering, which will take place October 10-12, 2014, will bring naturopathic medical students and physicians together for a unique, student driven, national conference to learn more of the philosophy bound with naturopathic medicine from the elder doctors of the profession, reported the Naturopathic Medical Student Association (NMSA).

The Naturopathic Gathering’s purpose is simple: To bring the elders of  naturopathic medicine together for a conversation with the new, according to the association.

According to Dr. Bill Mitchell, ND, it is not just another conference. “This is a celebration of our medicine!”It is a place where you can connect to the roots, sow the seeds of opportunity, and leave with a deeper conviction for why you chose naturopathic medicine,” he said.
