The idea for BioBottles™ came to founders James Van Brocklin and Adam Ackerman over a discussion they had in 2020 about the time it takes for a traditional plastic supplement bottle to fully breakdown in nature and or a landfill and the irreversible damage the 200-plus billion bottles that were produced globally do to the environment. The toxic chemicals that leach into our groundwater and the micro-plastic that are consumed by the fish and wildlife eventually end up in the water we drink and the food we eat.
