Dr. Machelle Perkins established her practice in 1999. She received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, a post graduate degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Florida Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and also a Medical Degree in Naturopathy from St. Luke's University School of Medicine. She was previously licensed in DC.
