Dr Waters draws up a timeline for all but the simplest cases. In this way, she can identify and treat the factor that started off your health problems. Once the affected organ system is supported, the body often corrects itself. In complex cases, there may be nutritional deficiencies that need to be addressed or food sensitivities or allergies that are inflaming the body. Dr Waters uses the gentlest of remedies, often herbs and nutrients, and often teaches her patients strategies they can use at home to optimize and protect their health.
