UP4 Probiotics Partners with The National Network to End Domestic Violence
UP4 Probiotics (Madison, WI) will donate a portion of its sales of UP4 WOMEN’S probiotic to The National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) during October.
This organization was chosen through nationwide polling that took place in August and September on UP4’s website and social media outlets.
“We are proud to have been chosen by your customers to receive a portion of every sale of UP4 Women’s Probiotics during the month of October,” said Kim Gandy, president and CEO, NNEDV, adding one in four women will experience abuse in her lifetime. “With numbers like these, we all know someone who has experienced abuse. Or worse, someone we love is suffering in silence. It is so crucial that we all work together to shine a light on and end this epidemic.”
NNEDV is dedicated to creating a social, political, and economic environment in which violence against women no longer exists and is the leading national voice for domestic violence survivors and their advocates, according to the organization.
For each bottle of UP4 WOMEN’S sold during the month of October, UP4 Probiotics will donate 25 cents to the NNEDV. Additionally, UP4 Probiotics will be donating to a charity that serves women in their local community of Wausau, WI. The Women’s Community Center of Wausau was selected through companywide employee polling to also receive 25 cents of every bottle of UP4 WOMEN’S sold.
